This is my (modern, I hope) take on Snow White. 
I don't know...
I worked on this several hours a day for four days, but it just isn't quite right. It is WAY over 100 layers and is mostly painted or painted over.
Maybe you can help me? How can this piece be improved??

Vision Originality Technique ImpactThis picture is as beautiful as it is chilling!
I love the colors in this picture. The transition from photo foreground to painted background is very easy on the eyes since the colors are very complimentary.
The mirror is freaky! I've never seen the witch from Snow White depicted better anywhere else! I really like the ripple water effect you used on the mirror to make seem more like a portal than a mirror.
My only critique has more to do with the Snow White mythology that your artistic talent. Snow White's hair in the picture is auburn (tending towards red), while classically her hair is almost always depicted as black.
All in all, this is a truly beautiful piece. Great job!
