At Sacred-Seven, we are going to give "peer mentoring" a try during the months of January and February. Here's what that will entail:
You will be paired with one other person, who will be your "buddy." We will try to pair people around the same skill level. This is a PEER mentoring program, not a program where you'll be mentored by someone with very advanced skills. The reason for this is that we want this to be a reciprocal relationship in which both members learn from each other. Believe it or not, you have a lot to teach and learn from each other!!! We will ask you to "meet" by note, Skype, e-mail, or whatever is best for both of you (you decide!) at least once per week for 4 weeks. During these meetings you will each provide feedback and suggestions on the other person's work or work in progress. You can also brainstorm new ideas, collaborate, or do anything else that you want to do together. The only requirement is that you communicate once per week and provide feedback. Aeirmid will check in with you once per week or once every other week to see how things are going!! Please don't bite me; I'm cute. 
This program is for Sacred-Seven members AND Admins. 
If you are not a member but would like to become one, please watch the group and stand by . . . We will be opening membership shortly.So, that's basically it. We hope these peer mentoring partnerships will grow into long-lasting professional relationships. Who knows?
If you are interested in obtaining a peer mentor, please NOTE THE GROUP BEFORE JANUARY 7th with the following information:
1. Your medium (painting, photomanip, etc.)
2. The skill level you feel you have attained (beginner / intermediate / advanced)
3. Your time zone
