Traditional Tuesdays #49 Holy shit! This is the forty-ninth week of this little article, and I can honestly say that I didn't think it would last this long. The night I started this feature, I was bored and just browsing around the Traditional Gallery. I was finding all kinds great artwork, that for one reason or another I couldn't/wouldn't give a DD. It could be because they had a DD recently, but mainly it was for a link to go back and see what they created next, and if they took it to the next level. Now it's more for artwork that I no longer have time to DD, I can't DD everything! I still find the article fun to do, and I'll keep doing it until it no longer is. So.... here is fifteen works of art that I thought you should see. I don't trust all of you all with anymore awesomeness, you might hurt yourself! Anyway, on with the show!

Now with the warming out of the way, Hi, and welcome to edition number forty-seven of Traditional Tuesdays. This week, like all of the other weeks, I'll be featuring fifteen works of art from the Traditional Gallery. Any more than that might and you might loss interest or it could cause your monitor to fail in an explosion of awesomeness. I would feel guilty if that were to happen, so I'm keeping it at fifteen! Traditional gallery is a vast storeroom of work that covers many mediums and genres. I've tried to show a diverse array of artwork, but I don't have room for them all. So sit back, relax, and enjoy the show!

How do I join a chatroom?

First of all I'd like you to read the rules regarding Chatrooms!

In order to join a chatroom, you may want to go to the +chat page.
deviantART's official channel is :#devart: which is moderated by Community Volunteers and $taff.
To go to that channel, click on the green button with fella on it!
I'm in a channel and I'd like to join another!
There are some ways to do that!
The most easy way
If you know the name of the chatroom you'd like to join then all you have to do is type in the following command:
/join channelname

The /join command opens the new channel in a new tab so you don't have to have a bunch o

CR Photomanip UpdatesHappy New Year!
Happy New Year from #CRPhotomanipulation! I hope the coming year brings each of you peace, prosperity, and CREATIVITY!
We have lots of stuff coming up in the coming year. We're trying to organize some photomanip workshops in the coming weeks, and we are also hoping to have some more creativity challenges.
And, of course, our official photomanip contest will start on January 15th.

We are still looking for prize donors and groups who might want to partner with us.
Project Newbie
As you've probably noticed, I haven't had much time to do anything with Project Newbie. When you have a lot going on, sometimes you have to prioritize, and that sort-of fell to the bottom of my many priorities.

But, I've been talking with *Gaias-Whispers, who has some cool ideas for getting the project off the ground. I hope that together we can make some progress on it.

With the kind permission of $Moonbeam13, we will periodically be featuring art here that the artists would like to have critiqued. Being that deviantART has so many wonderful communities and galleries, sometimes it is easy to sort-of put blinders on so that we only see our own. These blogs will be an opportunity for everyone to critique art they may not have seen before.

How do I play?

You can either critique the deviations on the deviation pages, or you can critique them here on this blog. A "critique" does not need to be a formal dA critique. It can merely be a comment.

Please remember that critique is not the same as criticize. While these artists understand that not all critique is positive and welcome constructive comments, they do not deserve to be torn apart. Please consider what the artists are doing well and also what they can improve. Thanks!!
