I´m so happy .... and featuretime…I have my new laptop

After my old laptop was broken 2 weeks ago, I have now (since Friday evening) my new one. It´s so wonderful fast and I had a lot of fun with it this weekend. I made my first textures and I hope you like them and they are helpful. Fortunately I was able to rescue my data sets with my last vacation photos, all my stocks and my last unfinished photomanipulation, on which I worked the last week, before my PC was out of order.
I love llamas. I have already collected 49. Who donate me the 50th (so I have an Albino-llama) gets an exclusive-stock-package.

Since I opend my new stock-account I meet a lot of wonderful new friends. I´m so glad about it. Thank you all so much for your support.

First goes first: Jessica, tell us a bit about yourself please.
I started with digital art when I was 15, but only 2 years ago I started to get better in skills and quality. I joined DA in 2005 , but I changed my profile in 2010 cause that's when I started to post my real works here.
I love to read novels by Christine Feehan. They are the best in romance, passion and information about myths and legends.
I'm also a photographer and dresses designer in real life. After my first DD I started to get a lot of comissions so this has also help me monetary.

Where do you find the inspiration for your artworks?
I usualy get them in dreams I have, I get up in the middle of the night to write down when it's a dream hehe or I forget it. Sometimes I'm reading a book and then BOOM a short flash with the exact image appears. I never have the result the way I want it but it's very close.

Wanted: Your Photomanip Collabs!Hi all,
Thanks to a brilliant idea from =Sandra-Cristhina, I am going to put together a showcase of the most fabulous photomanip collaborations from 2012. If you have a pair of collaborations that you want me to consider, please drop links (not thumbs; they won't show up) to at least one of the pieces on this journal.
I've thought about whether I should feature all of them, or just choose a few. I'm still working on this issue, but my current thought is to highlight the most outstanding collaborations. Your thoughts on this matter are welcome, as I really do not want to leave anyone out or be unfair; at the same time, though, there is only so much space.
This is a way for artists who have done collaborations to get a bit more attention. I generally don't DD them because, after all, how do you give one artist a DD when two have worked so hard on something?
So, show me those links! I have a few in mind myself.

It's been a while since I've given you all an update about what is going on with the photomanipulation community. Here's the scoop!
